Some outside fitness equipment has been specially designed to provide low impact exercise options for older people to keep active, fit and to provide a place of social interaction. As well as gentle cardiovascular exercise, our outdoor gyms improve balance, co-ordination, flexibility and they are really good fun to use.

Older Children

During the age of 11 and 18, the most awkward growth stage, children face an overwhelming number of pressures. Self-esteem, body image, stress, bullying, peer pressure, obesity. It’s no wonder so many of our teens are facing depression.
